Just a note to check in on
how I’m faring in my commitment to stay on the homemade yogurt bandwagon. I put a new batch in to cook last night, and
just after my alarm went off this morning, I could hear the beeps from the
yogurt maker announcing the end of the process!
Now I’ve got six jars chilling in the refrigerator (only six, because I
ate the seventh this morning – quality control is very important, you know!).
This marks my third batch
since I made the commitment to keep the yogurt-making going throughout the
weeks. So far, so good!
